This policy explains what stays on this browser when you cast a chart, and what we would store if you later create an account or pay.
What stays on this browser
1. What stays on this browser
The name, birth date, birth time, and city you enter are saved in this browser so the chart can be cast again. The journal, the saved readings, and the credit balance are saved in the same place. AstralHoro does not receive that chart on a server today.
A file you download from the account page is a copy you keep. Opening that file on another browser loads it there. Clearing this browser's storage removes the chart from this browser.
2. What an account and a payment would store
Checkout is not connected. When it is, an account would store the email address, the plan, the credit balance, and the chart you choose to keep. The payment provider would store the card. AstralHoro would not store the full card number.
We would keep a support email sent to hello@astralhoro.com so it can be answered.
4. Storage on the device
The chart and the balance are kept in local storage. That is how the same browser remembers the chart. It is not an account, and it does not follow you to another device.
We do not run advertising cookies.
5. Your choices
You can clear this browser's storage, or replace the chart from the account page. That removes what this browser was holding.
When an account exists, email hello@astralhoro.com from that address to ask for the account and the stored chart to be deleted.
6. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of an account email we hold, a correction, or deletion. If a law where you live gives you a further right, say so in the email.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, the new text is posted on this page with a new date. The date at the top is the one that applies.
